Installation

Making sure you have peace of mind is paramount to us. So whilst we can show you the product for you to see the quality and feel of it in our showroom, the only thing you can’t see is the installation.

We urge you to look at the feedback given on check-a-trade to see what the lads are like, but like us, they are committed to and regularly check they are getting 10/10 on their feedback from Checkatrade

To this end, they will make sure they clean and hoover their work area, so you don’t even notice they have been, in fact, many customers feedback “the place looks tidier now than before”.

We have monthly meetings to raise any improvements and make sure our training in customer care is continuously raised.

All our fitters are MTC (Minimum Technical Competencies) qualified, so you can be sure the installation surpasses any FENSA inspection, and all are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualified to make sure they work in a safe manner.

We want you to feel that nothing is too much trouble and please expect them to run through everything they’ve done after completion.

The team will be proud of their work and will relish the chance for you to inspect it. We have developed a sign-off form to make sure they haven’t missed anything and you are 100% happy before they leave you.

They are grateful for the odd cup of tea, but please don’t spoil them.
