Whilst all our products come with a 10-year Guarantee, your project may qualify for our Lifetime Guarantee. Please refer to your quotation to see if you have qualified.

There’s no complicated small print, no additional costs, just peace of mind whilst you live with our products, the only conditions being:

• The product must be installed by ourselves
• The guarantee is non-transferable
• You must care for our product in line with our Guarantee Conditions
• You must request a service inspection every five years*

*Email us your invoice number a maximum of 30 days prior to, but no later than the 5th anniversary of your invoice date, thereafter the same applies every 5 years.
